Supporters of MC-LEF strongly believe that our nation’s most precious resource is our youth. Since our inception in 1995, the continuous support of our donors has enabled MC-LEF to award in excess of $76,000,000 in aid to eligible children in support of their futures – specifically, their education.

This assistance is primarily rendered to children of United States Marines or United States Federal Law Enforcement Officers (FLEO) who have died while on active duty, serving our country at home or abroad. Contributions enable us to provide these children with an educational account up to $35,000 for their higher education.

Our recipients receive their educational account at the time of the tragedy. We believe it is important for the families we serve to understand that their fellow Americans stand with them at this difficult time. 98.4% of all donations received are used to fund the MC-LEF mission. With only one paid employee, MC- LEF is sustained by a network of people who believe that the brave men and women who protect our country and our communities deserve to have their families protected as well.

Other Ways to Help
