HOTEL ROOM BLOCK

For out-of-town guests and anyone wishing to stay in town the evening of the Gala, a special MCLEF rate of $209.00 is available Friday October 23rd to Sunday October 25th, 2026 at the Marriott Courtyard Philadelphia South at the Navy Yard, 1001 Intrepid Ave, Philadelphia, PA. 1-800-321-2211. Limited number of rooms available. Cut-off date to book at special rate is Thursday, October 1, 2026. A shuttle bus will be available to LIVE Casino and Hotel on Saturday, October 24th, 2026 at 5:15pm,and returning from the Gala at 11:00 pm.

Arrival Instructions to FREE Parking: From Packer Ave., turn onto Darien St.; the garage will be after the main entrance to the right. Once in the garage, you can park on floor 3 or 4 and stay to the right side of the garage when parking (if facing the building). You will then enter through the elevator bank that indicates you’re on the hotel side/Darien St. elevators. Once inside the building, take the elevator down to Floor 2 (Event Center)
